WHAT IS A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST?

Atheism is a belief system. It’s a negative belief system, so it tries to balance precariously to avoid the universal negative. And yet, that universal negative keeps popping out. The difference between the negative belief system of atheism and agnosticism and the occult and Christianity is simple. The no-spirit belief system disbelieves based on making up stuff.

Occultists believe in spirits because they conjure spirits and experience various kinds of evil spirits. They allow these spirits to fill them, lead them, and empower them.

Christians with an active, ongoing experience believe in Christ because Christ’s Spirit dwells within them they continually seek an ever-deeper relationship with Christ’s Spirit. They allow the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of love, joy, peace, patience, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and goodness, to fill them, lead them, and empower them. This is what it means to have a personal relationship with Christ.

The evil spirits that guide the atheist and agnostic masquerade as intuition, common sense, imagination, and other entities their belief system will accept. Christ also shines His light on those who refuse to thank Him or acknowledge Him. Since the fallen human mind can’t reason to truth, those who refuse to acknowledge Christ have no way to tell the difference between what they make up and the truth Jesus Christ shows them. They can’t tell the difference between the lies evil spirits tell them and the truth Christ reveals to them.

And yet, they can find Christ. The evil spirits who infest them get very agitated at this idea. Whoever diligently seeks Christ finds Christ. Christ leads, teaches, corrects, and empowers all who follow Him.
