You’re not saved to sin. You’re saved from sin. And you aren’t only saved from sin, but God has more for you. God saves you from sin, death, and the power of the devil. When He saves you from sin, He saves you from the consequences of sin. He wants to save you to holiness and completeness. Both righteousness and holiness are gifts God gives you.

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not in vain. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. ~ 1 Corinthians 15:10

Apostle Paul said grace did the works. It was NOT Paul who worked, but grace was working in Paul doing the works and teaching the truth. You don’t do the works. Grace does the works in you. Grace says the words of God through you. Grace says God’s words and does God’s works through you. You yield. You submit yourself under the hand of God.
