But if we don’t follow Christ, the voice of Christ becomes strangely dim to us, and the things of earth fill our vision. By the way, many of the things of earth are religious.

If we’re following Christ, He’s leading us. Sometimes we aren’t aware of this leading. We sense that a certain action is wrong. We sense that another action is right. We know right from wrong without reciting the Ten Commandments, but we might not associate this sense with the Holy Spirit.
