Dawkins says God is evil and that He doesn’t exist. First of all, both statements are based on, “I just made this up, so it’s true.” Second, every statement by any person who isn’t speaking/writing by the Holy Spirit is based on, “I just made this up, so it’s true.”

God Confirms Revelation

God seems to always confirm His revelation from several sources. He speaks through Scripture. He speaks through archaeological artifacts. He speaks through His Creation. He speaks the same thing through brothers and sisters who are speaking by the Spirit. There’s a confirmation and God never contradicts Himself or causes confusion. It also seems that Scripture is the final word of confirmation. We must not add to His words, though.

Listening to ungodly counsel or thinking, speaking or acting in disobedience to the Holy Spirit would result in a loss of discernment. The conscience becomes seared instead of the spiritual senses being exercised and enhanced. Then, it’s harder to discern between the leading of God and the leading of the fleshly mind or even the leading of demons. It becomes more difficult to know the difference between godly counsel and ungodly counsel.

Judges 21:10-24

Judges 21:10-24 is a favorite of Atheists and skeptics–also Christians who want to do what they want to do. It tells about human thinking, not God’s commands.

Avoid This Logic

Avoid this kind of logic. We should follow the entire Bible. I have found some verses that I don’t understand. Therefore following the entire Bible means disregarding any part of the Bible I don’t agree with.

When You Read Scripture

When you read Scripture, stand in God’s presence and ask Him to reveal to you what’s wrong in your life and what He wants from you. Don’t try to find Scriptures that you can twist to support your poor decisions.

Darkness for Light

Here are the rules. The people who love evil can do evil. If you call that evil “evil” in a general statement, then those who love evil will search for something that is wrong with you personally. When they find something, they will become very judgmental and moralistic. Message control is everything to them. That’s because they love darkness and hate light. “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20

God’s Mind

God’s mind doesn’t conform to any natural human thinking. That’s why Atheists hate Him so much.

Can Secularists Reply?

Secularists can always reply to anything that challenges their worldviews. They just have to pull their responses out of the air. There is no way that a Secularist can get to a true premise for any conclusion because of the Münchhausen trilemma. The only way that a premise can be true is through Divine revelation–and Secularists deny Divine revelation based on reasons that they pull out of the air.
