And the temple isn’t without a foundation. The pattern consists of gifts, ministries, operations, offices, and orders. God imparts the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit by appointing a group of elders to lay hands on those He indicates and prophesying over them. The gifts grow into ministries as members of Christ’s body yield themselves to the indwelling Christ. Christ is the ministry in each one.
