The veil is the sinful fleshly nature. It’s that carnal part of you. God pulls the veil away. You see the image of God in God’s mirror, and you become what you see. You don’t see the fleshly part of your brothers and sisters. You see the Christ in them, and you become what you see.

The veil is your sinful fleshly nature. It’s the carnal part of you. When you turn to Jesus, God pulls the veil away. You see the image of God in God’s mirror, and you become what you see. You don’t see the fleshly part of your brothers and sisters. You see the Christ in them, and you become what you see. The word “transformed” is “metamorphoo” and means “transfigured.” The Holy Spirit transfigures you from glory to glory, here a little and there a little.
Faith is the substance of God’s vision of hope. It’s as if you’re looking into a mirror at the perfect law of liberty. The Holy Spirit pulls the veil of your flesh away from you so you can see a glimpse. God’s mirror isn’t a material mirror. It’s a spiritual mirror. In this spiritual mirror, you see who you are in Christ. You don’t see your fleshly nature. You see the spiritual man. The spiritual man is Jesus Christ. It’s Christ in you.
