“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (Romans 8:14 KJV).
If the Holy Spirit leads us, that means we listen and follow. As we listen and follow, the Holy Spirit changes us by degrees. He is bringing us to “the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God.” He continues to transfigure us “to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.” In that blessed state, God will deliver the world from the bondage of corruption through us and bring it into the glorious liberty of the mature children of God.
